Marriage, and Cohabitation a High Risk Low Reward Proposition...Or You Can Choose The Love of a Waifu

The biggest problem with any LTR or marriage is simply learning to live with another person.  This is especially true if a person has lived alone for a long period of time.  When you live alone you get used to your routine and how you like to do things.  Living with another person is hard and its simply not sexy.  When people live apart they look forward to seeing each other.  The opposite happens when you live with someone. Instead of looking forward to seeing them you look forward to being away from them.

When you live with a person, they simply get on your nerves.  This happens more for women as they are governed by the wild swings of hormones.  Men generally do not get such emotional swings, making them generally more predictable.  However men are generally sloppy and have a higher tolerance for a place being dirty or messy.  If you then live with a woman who is the same your house will be a disaster. Human beings create a lot of waste. So then comes the problem of who will clean up.  Generally this has been the duty of the wife or mother.  But in today's society women are liberated and taught that their husbands should split the household chores.  So now a guy is picking up after himself and his wife or GF.  Why does he submit to this, well sex. Once a guy is living with a woman sex changes.  Its no longer expected like it would be on a date night.  It is now seen by the woman as a chore.  Despite the fact that she also gets enjoyment out of sex, she sees it as a form of submission to her husband or BF and therefor something she will try to avoid. After all she got what she wanted, right?  She either got you to commit to sharing half of all her bills by living with her and inching you that much closer to permanent servitude through marriage or she got you to marry her.  If you are married, she now has the power of the state to threaten you with total personal destruction, should you not go along with her program.

So living with a woman or getting married does nothing to improve a man's economic, social, or emotional position in life. However you are taught the exact opposite growing up.  You are basically lied to by everyone who raises you.  Your parents lie to you, your religious figures and teachers lie to you, etc.  If people cared about you they would tell, you, Marriage is a high risk low reward proposition.  If you are lucky you get children out of the deal. Children who can turn on you, and abandon you as well. If you are lucky, you wife will not transform into a land whale and develop a

chronic personality disorder that you will have to deal with day in and day out. If your lucky, you kids will go to college and you will have tens of thousands of dollars of debt. If your lucky, you will will have shitty sex with her once a month, after you beg for it.  If your lucky, your wife will let you go out with your friends once a month. If your lucky, you wife's mother will tell you how to make her daughter happy.  If your lucky, you won't catch your wife cheating on you and be blissfully ignorant.    If you lucky, you will keep getting pay raises at work so you can maintain your shitty standard of living and then  retire and live maybe 10 years free and clear.  Sound like fun?  Then go ahead sign up.  Its called the plantation and it has all of the above waiting for you.
